Delete your Crowd Clippers data
Updated 31 October 2026
Disconnect a social account
Removing access stops Crowd reading that account straight away.
On the platform:
- Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Active → Crowd Clippers → Remove.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions → Crowd Clippers → Remove access.
- YouTube / Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → Crowd Clippers → Remove access.
If you remove access on the platform, we also receive a notice where the platform sends one, and we delete that account's stored data as below.
Delete your Crowd Clippers data
By email: send "Delete my data" to clippers@crowdclippers.com from the email on your account.
We will confirm your request and complete deletion within 7 days, then email you when it is done.
What we delete
- Your profile, connected account data, access keys, audience information and screen recordings.
- Your campaign alerts, push and SMS settings.
- Your clips' records are removed from organisers' dashboards, except as below.
What we must keep
- Records of payments made to you, and the clip and view records behind them, for 7 years, because tax law requires it. These are kept securely and used only for that purpose.
- Records needed for an open dispute or a fraud investigation, until it is resolved.
- Combined statistics that do not identify you.
Clips you posted stay on your own social accounts; delete them there if you wish. Organisers who reposted an approved clip under the campaign licence may need to remove their copy; ask us and we will pass on the request.
