Sell event tickets online. Built for you.
Your own event page or a checkout embedded in your site. General, early bird, VIP, session tickets, free trade registration. Wallet passes, a door that scans them, and the money in your own Stripe account. Ticket sales are one of ten things included in Crowd, the end-to-end technology for exhibitions, events and festivals.
- Unlimited tickets. Paid and free tickets, as many events as you run, all on one licence. You pay for the technology, not for each sale.
- Your page, your site. a branded event page, or one snippet that puts the checkout inside the site you already have.
- Scanned at your door. every ticket is a wallet pass with a QR code. Your volunteers scan on their own phones, badges print if you want them.
Every payment settles directly to the organiser’s own Stripe account.

Send tracked invites to past attendees, your exhibitors and their followings. Each invite carries a name, an email, the ticket type it is for and a promo code if you want one attached, and it tracks from sent to opened to bought, name by name, not as a campaign statistic.
- Invite attendees to buy, and exhibitors to book their booth
- Invites from your event's own address, not a noreply
- Exhibitors get invite links for their own customers

The same questions every night. Answered, in your voice.
Every show has the same inbox: where do I park, my tickets never arrived, can I bring the dog. The customer agent reads every attendee email, resends lost tickets itself, answers from your FAQs and event details, and drafts the rest for you. It carries a semantic memory of your show, so the answer it gave in March is still the answer in November unless you change it.
It also knows what it does not know. Every draft carries a confidence score, and when the agent is only, say, 75 per cent certain, the reply waits for your approval instead of sending. Each answer you approve or correct becomes part of what it knows, so it gets more accurate with every show you run. It runs on your own AI account and is included in your licence.
Customer agent
Reads every question, drafts the reply, waits for your tick.
When it is not sure, it does not guess. The question lands with you instead.
The inbox, working. Ticket resends handled on their own; refunds and anything about money always wait for a human yes.

Selling tickets on Crowd
How do I sell tickets online?
Create the event, add a ticket type with a price and a quantity, connect your Stripe account and publish. Your event page is live and the checkout can be embedded in your own site with one snippet. Most organisers sell their first ticket the same day.
What does it cost to sell tickets?
Crowd starts at US$29 per seat a month on Starter, pay as you go. Growth is US$399 per seat a month with no ticket, booth or sponsorship fees. Ticket sales are one of the ten things in the licence, so you pay for the technology, not for each ticket. Stripe’s card processing costs apply, as they do on every platform.
When do I get the money?
Sales settle to your own Stripe account on Stripe’s schedule. Crowd does not hold ticket money and does not pay out after the show, because it was never in the payout path.
Can I sell tickets from my own website?
Yes. Paste one snippet into any page on your site and the full checkout runs inside it. Attendees never leave your domain and the sale settles to your Stripe account the same way.
Do attendees get a ticket in their wallet?
Yes. Every ticket goes to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet with a QR code and is emailed on purchase. Your door scans the wallet pass, the email or a printout.
Can I sell tickets at the door?
Yes. The check-in app sells walk-up tickets with tap to pay on the same phone that scans. The sale, the ticket and the scan happen in one motion and the money lands in your Stripe account.
Can I sell free tickets as well as paid?
Yes. Free and paid tickets sit side by side, with no limit on either, and every one is included in the same licence.

Start with one event. Keep your buyers, your data and your margin, and the next one opens bigger.
From US$29 per seat a month on Starter,
